Kristie Robinson, RN, BSN, PHN

Course Instructor

Kristie Robinson is the Nurse Manager for a PMC in Turlock, California, located in the Central Valley. She brings 34 years of nursing experience, including neurology, medical-surgical overflow, and more than 10 years in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Kristie has served in the PMC setting for six years, beginning as a part-time staff nurse before transitioning to a full-time Nurse Manager role. Having experienced firsthand the challenges of stepping into nurse management with limited transition support, she understands the need for practical guidance and resources to help nurse managers succeed.

Kristie is passionate about equipping and encouraging those who are learning and leading simultaneously. She recognizes that the learning curve can be steep, especially for those new to pregnancy medical clinic leadership, and hopes to equip and support other nurse managers as they grow in confidence and competence.
