Attendee Certificate Policy

Once you are issued your certificate of completion, whether online or in-person, please keep it and make additional copies as needed. NIFLA only keeps copies and records of attendee certificates for 5 years. After that, NIFLA will not be reissuing or sending copies of any certificates for any reason. If you took a course less than 5 years ago, you may contact our office and request a digital copy. We will not ship hard copies of course certificates under any circumstance.
