Course Certificate Policy
All online attendees can download their certificates from their course account once all course content is complete. Hard copy certificates are not available for online attendees under any circumstances . All in-person attendees will receive a hard copy certificate on the last day of the training.
- NIFLA does not replace hard copy certificates for free unless the NIFLA office printed your information incorrectly.
- All attendees will be required to confirm their name and credentials prior to in-person courses to ensure their certificate is printed with the correct information. Failure to communicate with the conference team on this matter may result in additional fees if the certificate needs to be reprinted.
- NIFLA will not issue any physical or digital copies of certificates for courses that were completed 5 years ago or earlier.
