age three. TLC’s administrative office is in Elgin, Illinois. TLC is currently accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant. This individual is responsible for designing and implementing fundraising strategies to secure donors from individuals, corporations, churches, and
foundations. Key duties include developing relationships with donors and community
organizations, coordinating fundraising events and campaigns, and managing
communications like newsletters and marketing materials. Qualifications typically include a strong Christian faith, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with office software, and experience in non-profit development. (9/2025)

Perform pregnancy and STI intakes per agency guidelines, educate patients on fetal development, abortion risks, and sexual health, provide telehealth services, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold HIPAA standards. Follow the Medical Director's orders and assist with quality assurance, stay current on nursing practices, and complete CEUs.
