EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – PREGNANCY HELP CENTER
Position located in Torrance, CA

Seeking a mission-driven Executive Director to lead the organization with vision, integrity, and strategic insight. The ED oversees all programs, operations, staff, fundraising, finances, and community engagement while ensuring alignment with our pro-life mission.

Key Responsibilities-
Lead strategic planning, organizational development, and program excellence.
Oversee fundraising, donor relations, and revenue growth.
Manage financial operations, budgeting, and reporting.
Recruit, mentor, and develop staff; foster a healthy, Christ-centered culture.
Serve as the primary spokesperson and community representative.
Ensure mission alignment and measurable impact across all programs.

Qualifications-
5+ years of demonstrated senior leadership experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization (Executive Director, CEO, or similar preferred); pregnancy center or pro-life experience a plus
3+ years of fundraising and donor stewardship success
Strong fiscal management skills
Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
Proficiency in organizational, financial, and fundraising platforms (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM—Salesforce preferred, QuickBooks Online, project management, and event software
Warm, confident, collaborative leadership style
Full commitment to the pro-life mission and Christian values

Support clients with empathy, encouragement as you answer client inquiries via phone, text, and email
Ensure accurate data in EHR (Electronic Health Record) and other software
Manage all scheduling tasks, including appointments, waitlists, rescheduling, and walk-ins
Welcome clients, assisting with the check-in process
Cross-train as Advocate (to complete initial intakes or provide interpretation)
Help facilitate smooth patient flow between resources and medical services

Qualifications:
