Providing Ultrasound with Local Sonographer as Educator

A condensed version of our Institute in Limited Obstetric Ultrasound, RDMS Pulse is designed to provide direction for the local RDMS to begin hands-on training with RNs (and other qualified medical professionals) in Limited Obstetric Ultrasound. This includes pertinent national guidelines from AWHONN and AIUM for safe practice in the pregnancy medical clinic setting.

WHAT WE RECOMMEND

You will first watch this online course and compile your first training session monitoring a qualified medical professional through their 50-75 practice scans. At that time, we recommend having Soundview Imaging Partners do an assessment of the medical professional you trained to ensure that they have achieved proper competency according to national guidelines.
